YARUQTREK S.A.S.(hereinafter YQK), in the effort to maintain and guarantee a safe work environment, and considering that a collaborator, contractor or visitor who is under the effects of psychoactive substances, tobacco or alcohol in their workplace represents a risk to their partners, the community in general, the operation, the equipment and for themselves, will be prohibited from entering or participating in the activities carried out under the direct and indirect control of YQK.
YQK prohibits the possession, distribution, commercialization and / or consumption of alcohol or any controlled substance in the YQK facilities, work areas, vehicles or any work site where YQK develops its activities
YQK reserves the right to perform random tests on its employees and collaborators Breath alcohol tests, reactive tests to determine the use of drugs and drugs in urine, with prior informed consent. ROAD SAFETY
Daily operations YARUQTREK SAS (hereinafter YQK) is transported personnel and equipment in different weather conditions, state of the road, own behaviors or other , which makes driving a work activity with moderate risk.
The management of YQK is committed to providing the necessary support, accompaniment and resources for full compliance with the road safety policy by its employees, contractors and associates.
This policy applies to all vehicles participating in the operations of YQK, is based on the rules of the National Land Transit Code (Law 769 of 2002 and its updates) and NGEC-SC guidelines .
All personnel conducting operations of YQK agree to comply with the following points of this policy:
- The use of the safety belt is mandatory for all occupants of the vehicle while driving. It can not be overpopulated.
- It is forbidden to drive under the influence of narcotics, drugs and / or alcohol.
- It is forbidden for the driver to use the cell phone while driving.
- YQK reserves the right to carry out the inspections necessary to verify the status of the vehicles.

YaruQtreK S.A.S (hereinafter YQK), is dedicated to the commercialization and intermediation of nature tourism in the territory of Colombia, while ensuring the health of people, industrial safety in operations and the protection of the environment in the areas where it operates.
The Integral Management System for Safety, Occupational Health and Environmental Management is the responsibility of all the collaborators and contractors of YQK. The excellence of our operation and our high degree of performance in the Integrated Management System (hereinafter "SIG") ensures a healthy and safe environment for our employees, contractors and interest groups.
Likewise, YQK in its policy of sustainable tourism, is committed to meet the requirements established in Sectorial Technical Standard NTS-TS 003: 2018, which includes, among other things, the legal requirements that regulate the effects generated by tourism.

The tour operator YARUQTREK S.A.S. is a legally constituted company and as such develops all its activities within the Colombian legal framework, we invite you to abide by all the rules and laws. In compliance with the provisions of Article 1 of Law 1336 of 2009 and Resolution 3840 of 2009, the operator accepts and adopts the code of conduct for the prevention and prohibition of the sexual exploitation of children and adolescents. The consecrated commitments are the following:
- The operator YARUQTREK refrains from offering tourism programs, expressly or deceptively, tourism plans that include the sexual exploitation of children and adolescents.
- The operator YARUQTREK refrains from giving information to tourists, directly or through interposing person, information about places where it is coordinated or where the sexual exploitation of children and adolescents is practiced.

- To prevent the entry of children and adolescents into hotels or places of accommodation and lodging, bars, similar businesses and other establishments in which tourism services are provided, for the purpose of exploitation or sexual abuse.
- The operator YARUQTREK adopts measures to prevent personnel linked to any title with the company from offering tourist services that allow sexual activity with children and adolescents.
- To report to the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Tourism and other competent authorities, the facts of which he had knowledge by any means, as well as the existence of places, related to the sexual exploitation of children and adolescents and ensure that the interior of the company there are channels for the corresponding complaint before the competent authorities.
- To design and disseminate within the company and with its suppliers of goods and services, a policy in which the provider establishes measures to prevent and counteract all forms of sexual exploitation of children and adolescents in travel and tourism.

Establish clear biosecurity guidelines in the operations that the company YARUQTREK
S.A.S. carries out in the development of birdwatching and MTB activities, as well as the customer service in the areas, facilities and enclosures of the tourist service providers, in order to prevent and mitigate the spread of COVID 19.
These aspects of biosafety, protect all employees, routes partners,
hotels, service providers, suppliers and visitors or any other modality of contracting valid with YARUQTREK SAS. These aspects will be periodically reviewed and updated.

BIOSAFETY ASPECTS TO BE APPLIED
The employees must report daily on their health status (symptom report). Likewise, they must monitor their temperature and show the result; this report will be taken through a form to be sent to each tour operator of our routes, the HSEQ process of each company will generate tracing if any employee shows any symptoms. This report must be done daily at the beginning and end of a working day, during the operations of our tours and
and administrative staff at YaruQtreK’s offices in Bogotá D.C. The parameters established are:
Procedure in areas, enclosures, hotels and restaurants:
- Greetings of kiss, hug and hands are not allowed.
- The trainings will be virtual
- Active breaks at the workplace are recommended
- Avoid leaving the areas of the company, except for urgent situations
- The employees must cough or sneeze into your elbow
- Personal Protection Elements will be mandatory use during the stay in the facilities
Cleaning and asepsis
- Design and implement a protocol of cleaning and disinfection, maintenance of workplaces defining the process, scope, frequency, chemical supplies, responsible staff, Personal Protection Elements, among others.
- Increase the frequency of cleaning and disinfection in all areas, facilities, enclosures of the tourist service providers specifically on floors, walls, doors, windows, furniture, and all those elements that are in direct contact with employees and customers.
- Special cleaning and disinfection sessions in the administrative areas, facilities and enclosures of the tourist service providers periodically.
- Request tourism service provider companies to comply with the cleaning and disinfection measures given in the biosafety protocol issued by the Ministry of Health and Social Protection
- Dispose frequently in areas, facilities, enclosures of the areas of the tourist service providers, hotels, enclosures and areas of the hotel structure of the routes that have bathrooms, drinking water, liquid soap and disposable towels.
- The social distancing in the areas of the company, social areas and others, must be equal to or greater than 2 meters between people.
- In the dining rooms of the administrative areas, the tables will be separated; only, can one person sit per table to guarantee social distancing (2 meters between people).

- Include general service and surveillance personnel who arrive at the facilities.
- The employees of areas, facilities, and enclosures of the tourist service providers must fill out daily- before and after working day - the Covid-related symptom questionnaire, including temperature report.
- The security guard or one staff person will be responsible for the administrative areas.
- If any person has a temperature above 38 or has any symptoms, they will not be able to enter the company's facilities so they must do remote work and report to their boss or Occupational Health and Safety for monitoring.
- For the entrance of employees and suppliers, they must comply with the protocol of hand washing and use of antibacterial gel.
- List of the national health and secretaries and health provider company will keep updated to report suspicious cases. Likewise, this report will be socialized to employees through the established media.
- We will use all YARUQTREK communication channels (social networks, email, billboards, website, newsletters, among others) to communicate and train stakeholders.
